Measurement Maths!

This week we have started learning about measurement. 

 We used the blocks to help us measure different things in the studio.  

We looked at what things are longer, shorter and the same as our block.

Assembly

Today it was Ahuriri and Huritini's turn to present the school Assembly.  We were so proud to share some of our learning from the term. Well done to those children who received ACTIVE certificates today too.

We Are Programmers!!

For the past two weeks, we have been doing coding activities to help us practise giving directions. We have been practising using the language forwards, backwards, right, left, quarter-turn and half-turn. 

We had lots of fun working with our buddies using the Bee-Bots, the Bee-Bot app and doing unplugged coding.
